Miles Memory Care reminded me very much of the old-fashioned nursing home. There were two people per room. There were very few private apartments. The staff there seemed very nice. It's very homey. When I thought that my husband was going to have to share a room, I knew he wouldn't be happy with that. They didn't even have cable TV. If you wanted a TV, you could bring in a TV and hook it up to Roku or whatever that is. I just knew that was not going to be his thing. It sounds like the residents were free to come into the manager's office and sit there all day with him and visit if they wanted to. It looks like a house.
