Compassionate Memory Care is wonderful. The food was fine. It’s very homey, but mom’s room is a bit small. One of the ladies there already knows how to play mahjong which is my mom’s favorite game. We taught another resident how to play mahjong so they can play it with my mom. My mom loves it, so I think she’s happy.

My mom was here. She had unexplained bruises. Management could never tell me what happened even though there are cameras. Food was less than appealing. Very non-nutritious meals. Staff turnover was high. I could not get management to provide me with any of my moms records without involving a state ombusman. Place was nice but the inside has been let to get run down.

My loved one passed after living here. When they were originally placed here, it was better. The facility now has no amenities, high turnover rate of staff, meals are poorly planned and not nutritious. There is a nice area in the back yard that residents are never taken too.
