I am a resident of Wyndham Park III. My experience here has been very favorable. The manager is pleasant and replies to any request. The maintenance is pretty good. I'm on the first-floor accommodation and I like it. It's a secure building. You have to have key fobs to get into the building. I believe it's about 790 square-feet, so it's a good size. The neighbors are nice. I have a two-bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer and ADA accommodation. They do a couple of trips a year and you have to pay. It's an extra, but they have a bus to take you Monday through Friday to different grocery or shopping areas and that is included in the rent, so you don't have to have a car. I still have my car and a covered parking spot which is also very nice. They have a professional outside maintenance for the lawns and that's a nice feature. The rent is controlled, although the rent went up considerably in the last couple of years. They have a luncheon once a month where they provide the main course. We do have groups that play cards and mahjong. We have an exercise room that has treadmills and bicycles. I think the building is about 16 years old. They haven't maintained the interior very well. It needs some redecorating or cleaning.
