My brother was there as a patient. We were told he had to go there. Because he has a trache. He went up to nurse at the nursing station to get his sleep medicine at 12 pm. Not only was nursed asleep. When she got up she pushed my brother. An LPN seen it all.He filed a grievance against the nurse. The administration tore it up and “said it was his word against her. That whole place is dysfunctional.. same food for 3-4 in a row. Staff is very lazy. I would stay away from this place. This all happened before Covid. Thank goodness! We brought him home.

Disusted child

First off it kills me to rate it one star. This place was a disgusting mess there was feces all over my father's room bugs in the corner mold under the AC unit bugs in the drawers of the dresser. The food was cold that they served the residents no one cared about the residents other than a few people on the night shift walked in one day found a poopy dirty nasty washcloth in my Dad's closet. Witnessed a man fall out of bed and holler for help and nobody came I had to go get the nurse Aid. This place sucks the life out of people my father went in Walking on his own maybe not perfect but he was walking when we took him home three weeks later he was comatose and in a wheelchair but the facility told my mother's insurance that he was independent so Insurance stopped paying. We now have him at home he is unable to feed himself he's unable to walk or stand and barely talk. I'm trying to find a place to post these nasty pictures that I took while my father was in this establishment. Stay clear go somewhere else make sure it's not a Genesis property

I've visited this facility and place was average. They provide an average service to their residents and their staff were fine. It's nice but not too good.
