My wife was a resident of Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon. I like the place but it's very expensive. There was a little misunderstanding originally about what the cost is going to be. They gave me two different prices, a price I signed a contract on, and then I came around at the end of the month to pay for it, they wanted a different price. It turned out that the two office people had changed their prices during the month, two office ladies, one didn't note what the other one did whatsoever. The facility was very nice and clean, and my wife was in a memory care unit, and they seemed to have quite a bit of support there. They had a big room. It was kind of a break room or something with a couple of TVs, and a bunch of chairs. People sat around, and it had some tables over where it had different things set up, games, watercolor painting, and stuff like that.
