Horrible!! The staff never answers the phone. If they by chance answer the phone I ask about an update on my father(I’m from out of town) they tell me his healthcare can not be discussed over the phone.

I was bed ridden when I first came in. Needed to ring call button for bed pan etc. Call button didn’t work. Screamed for help to get assistance. Staff was great. Wouldn’t recommend. Also transport worker who took me there recommended I find some place else.

After being transferred here my grandpa thought he was at home.. he passed away we were given the privacy and comfort that we needed . It might be a small facility but they are caring and impatient. ❤

I would not recommend this facility it is not clean they leave residence unattended they don't care for them properly . They leave them wet for hours and days in same wet clothes .

The nursing home provided everything for my grandparents. The facility was nice and clean. It held two separate wings; one side for the able and another wing for the disabled. The facility even provided apartment style living. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even got my grandmother walking again. All in one place, she got physical therapy, great food, and even fun dance lessons in the afternoon. My grandfather also was able to participate in game nights, movie nights, and local show viewings. I thought that he would not like going to the nursing home, but he loves it. They even allow my grandparents to have personal time. They share an apartment style room, and when my grandmother starts to have complications, the disabled wing provides her with another room for 24 hour care. However, when my grandfather is tired of eating the facility meals, he can just easily go next door to the local grocery store. He can even request a staff to get items for him to put in his apartment. I was so happy when I visited this facility. I knew my grandparents would be well taken care of. The staff members told me that my grandparents are always having fun. My grandmother can even go to her religious services again. I am so happy with their improvement since they've been in this home. I would recommend this home to anybody!
