Crestwood Health Care Center is about one block from my home and I have passed by it on numerous occassions. I have never had a reason to visit this facility until my sister had a stroke and needed to be admitted to a rehabilitation center. I dropped by this facility just in case her doctor assigned her to Crestwood. When I visited, the facility appeared clean with a lot of activity going on. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and answered my basic questions about the services provided. The facility does not appear as modern as some other nursing facilities I have visited, but from a strictly physical appearance seem ok. I did not take a tour of the rooms, so I cannot comment on them.
