Manchester Rehab and Healthcare Center

My relative has been at Manchester Rehab and Healthcare Center. They answered back on request. It's probably the only one that answered back ahead of opening at the time. The staff is kind of short, though, and they have several people they have to take care of. They don't have one-on-one care. Sometimes my relative is in the room by himself, and if he doesn't push that buzzer, they don't know what's going on in there. There's an odor in the building. My relative is in the dementia ward, but I don't know if most nursing homes have an odor or not. There seems to be an odor in his room at times when you go in there. They have an activity room, a cafeteria, and a rehab center where they go in and work on their coloring books and stuff like that. The upkeep seemed to be pretty decent. The staff members keep you updated and give me information, but they don't have people to watch these people. For amenities, they have a TV room, so they go in there and watch TV or whatever.
