We had a very good experience moving my parents in. Though we are giving five stars, it might have helped to understand the Ambassador program better. Maybe we missed something that was explained to us but I don’t remember how the introduction between the ambassador and my parents was going to happen. A couple people told us who the assigned ambassador was but we never met him in the week we were there. Again, we might have missed something information that was available to us, but some information about how to get new residents familiar with wayfinding would be helpful. Maybe there aren’t any tricks for way finding except repetition.

The rooms were wonderful, well laid out and surprisingly larger than I imagined they would be. Kitchen and appliances looked exceptional. The lunch was also wonderful and service was great. I certainly did not expect what I encountered at Havenwood. The tour given was outstanding! The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All questions I had were answered. All the residents I encountered appeared happy and well cared for. The only reason for a 4 star rating, was I noticed some water spotting on the glassware and there appeared to be some notable footprints in some of the common areas. Other than that, it is a wonderful facility and the tour was fantastic!

Havenwood of Maple Grove had more variety of rooms with about a $300 to $400 reduction in price than the other place. It's the best thing for the price so far. The staff provided me with the information I needed, and followed up a week later to ensure I had everything I needed. The dining area looked fine. It's in a nice area of town. It's not really close to commercial stuff. They got the food plan and exercise, and they got all the services I need.

Havenwood of Maple Grove seemed very nice. They didn't have the unit that I wanted available. So, I kind of didn't go back there. The rooms were nice. There were some things that I didn't like. There weren't many closets. I didn't meet very many people, but the person who gave the tour was very nice. It was clean.

We visited Havenwood of Maple Grove. They had new buildings, so everything looked really clean. It was very bright. It looked like a really nice facility. The staff who gave me the tour was named Travis, and he did a really good job. I had no complaints. He accommodated our schedule by doing a tour on short notice. He did a really good job explaining the options. He was really responsive when we had questions and when we called him back. The food looked really nice. The menu looked better than other facilities. It looked like they had a nice food selection. I saw that there were some clubs that were meeting, and then I saw the health facility. There were some people doing classes in the health club.

I'm moving into Havenwood of Maple Grove. The staff was very nice and caring. It's almost brand new, so it looks nice. Everything's clean and beautiful. My apartment here is about the same size as I'm getting at Havenwood. They had a nice, big dining area. There seems like quite a lot going on there, various classes and different activities. It was a busy place. I saw them in the exercise class. They were doing that. And then there was a card playing on two different occasions that we went there. We saw people playing cards. Everybody seemed happy.
