Interaction with staff when first entering the community was welcoming and helped answer any question I had. While waiting for our tour, i noticed how clean the place was! The building itself is amazing and residents were happy and all staff I passed greeted me with a smile!

The staff showed us the property, revealing their professional, caring nature in the process. The beautiful new property speaks for itself. The staff sealed the deal for us. Havenwood of Buffalo is an amazing senior and assisted living complex. I go there and knit with residents on Wednesday afternoons. The people and staff there are always so welcoming and friendly. I have made many new friendships through Havenwood of Buffalo. And the food there is unbelievable. Just ate there last week with a friend and I wish I could attach pictures to this review because the food was beyond amazing and delicious. We had great choices and it was so good. We also had great music entertainment, which they have quite often. My friends who live there are always doing lots of fun adventures from bus outings, to crafts and hobbies. I moved into Havenwood about 3 weeks ago and I could not be more impressed with the facility and the very friendly and helpful staff. The food has been very good with a nice selection for each meal. Also the current residents are very accepting of new residents. They are very friendly and very helpful in making your new home a comfortable place. Overall I have no negative feelings or comments and believe that Havenwood is a very HAPPY place.

What a wonderful facility! The staff truly seems to care about the residents and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. My tour was so lovely, and the town is absolutely charming. It didn’t feel like a run-of-the-mill facility at all—my mom and dad are going to be very happy here!

Walking into Havenwood felt so warm and welcoming. The front desk was super helpful in instructing me on how to sign in and I was welcomed by the sales lady who gave us a tour. We were shown a few apartments and were told they have 90 apartments in the community. The building had a great smell and super clean! Friendly staff! They have a really nice fitness center in which they have many machines to use plus a Nustep! I would recommend Havenwood of Buffalo!!!

Havenwood of Buffalo is good. The amenities are the same. The difference is that it is probably the most expensive of all the facilities I have toured for the same amenities that you get for $1,000 or even $2,000 in other places. They had standard apartments. The upkeep was nice. No complaints about anything. The dining area was the same as everybody else's. I was there on the weekend, so the sales director was not in. One of the nurses in the facility volunteered and gave me a tour. They didn't have any open units, so she went and found one of the residents who was willing to open her apartment so I could tour that. They went out of their way to be nice in other words.

Havenwood of Buffalo is beautiful. I would be there if I could afford it. I like that they offer everything. It's all there. There's nothing you could want. I saw the studio, but I didn't care for it, and the price they wanted for it was unreal. She showed me a two-bedroom, it was rented out, and they had furniture in there. The staff was wonderful, she's very, very nice. They have a mini-gym workout center. It was gorgeous.

Havenwood of Buffalo was a nice place. It's positioned where one could see the lake in some of the apartments. The facility was beautiful. The visual inside was all new. The staff was excellent and they had all kinds of activities. The location was probably the biggest thing. It's in the city, so it's convenient to the grocery stores and everything.

We went to Havenwood of Buffalo. It's very nice and very clean. There are very helpful people there. They have beautiful rooms. It's clean and quiet. The hallways were great. The elevators are awesome. The activities and stuff that they have for my mother are wonderful. She would get two meals a day.
