We chose Cardigan Ridge Senior Living for my mom because it's very close to where I currently live and the staff is extremely reliable, friendly, and they know what they're doing, which was very apparent from our first visit. The food is excellent.

My sister and I thought that Cardigan Ridge Senior Living was very nice and nicely decorated. When we took dad there, he thought it seemed old-fashioned, but it's not that old of a place. I think it's just because of the way it was decorated. The inside of it was very nice, seemed to be well kept and clean. The marketing woman that we met with was very, very nice. She showed us studios, and they seemed to be nice, maybe a little bit larger than the ones at the other place, but not much. They were nice and clean. One thing that stood out was downstairs in their underground garage area, they had a very large workshop that's open to anybody that wants to use it. They had lots of different tools and stuff down there that we knew that our dad would like. We didn't like it as much as the other places, but it's quite new and it's nice. I don't have anything against it. There was just something about the atmosphere. It was much quieter and darker and not as many people out and about doing things.

My sister is at Cardigan Ridge Senior Living. The people who work there and the people who live there are wonderful. The staff is very helpful, very conscientious, and kind to everyone. The dining area is very nice. They have a salon, an exercise room, a movie theater, a bistro, a veranda, and a deck. It's very nice.
