We're moving into Avidor. It's comprehensive and has got a lot of activities and amenities. They have a swimming pool, gym, and walking areas. It's got meeting rooms, game rooms, and a library. The thing is we're old, but not that old, and the people there are mobile. They travel and they drive. And, so, we're at their stage and they're who we want to be with right now. The place is actually up to date. It's only four years old and it's like brand new and maintained immaculately. Right next to the property is a very large grocery store with a deli bar and stuff like that. If you want to just pick up hot food, hot meals, soups, and all that stuff, you could go there. You don't have to get in the car in the wintertime or the rain and drive to the grocery store, you just walk right next door. The people are knowledgeable, that's for sure. And if you have any questions at all, there's someone there to handle it. And as far as any maintenance, they got technical people, so, if you need help with something even so much as changing a light bulb or something like that, they'll send someone up. It's immaculate. I know it's four years old, but it looks like it was just finished yesterday.

I went to Avidor - Edina. The staff is very friendly and very informative. The menu was adequate with lots of choices. It's in a fairly dense and populated area of Edina. One of the units I looked at just overlooked the rest of the building next door, and straight down there was a catwalk. The other one, which was in another area, overlooked the courtyard, where you could see other people and a pool. They had an outdoor and an indoor pool. The grocery store was right next door. They have underground parking, and they had a time once a week where the pets get together, were let loose, and went around. The facilities are very nice, and the people seemed very nice. I just didn't like the lack of a view depending on where you are located in the building.
