I am a friend of an Resident at Medilodge of Wyoming and each time I go to visit the building is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The food looks and smell very good and my friend always seem happy with food. If anyone in my family ever need rehab I would tell them about medilodge. Hope the staff there know that they are very special people.

My mom lived here for several months, and during that time she rarely got showers, staff didn't regularly help her brush her teeth, and she reported to family many times that some of the staff seemed angry and unfriendly. She worried that they were mad at her. My mom would often ask me and her sister when she could get a shower and I talked to staff and administration frequently about this issue, but they'd say that she was refusing showers and help with her teeth. This didn't seem true, because she was asking my aunt and I when she could get a shower. We moved her to a new facility in hopes she could get better care, and I'm so glad we did. She is getting regular showers on her shower days and doesn't refuse them and tells me how much cleaner she feels now. She's getting help with brushing her teeth every morning and every night, and the staff are so warm and friendly. Her call button is being answered much more quickly there than at Medilodge of Wyoming, where it could take an hour for her to get help using the bathroom. When I and my aunts tried to talk to Medilodge administration about my mom's care, we were met with pushback and denial, and they made it clear they did not welcome our concerns. My mom's new care facility has been the complete opposite; they are welcoming and seek input and communicate freely with me and my aunt. The meals my mom gets now have more variety and are more enjoyable as well. She has never once said she thinks the staff here seem angry and has never expressed concern that they are mad at her. It has been such a relief now that my mom is away from Medilodge and getting the care she deserves at her new place. She seems more content and loves the staff.

The care of our Mother was terrible. When she had to go to the bathroom no one came to help her. She went down hill instead of improving with rehab. They didn't get up and walk her like she should. She was very weak but within just 2 days of deciding to bring her home she has improved.

My mother was at Medilodge of Wyoming for a little while. The room she was in was less than adequate. It needed a paint job. It was kind of rundown. The care that they said they were gonna offer her was not matched to what they said. They said they had everything, but when it came down to it, they didn't have much. They said they had a salon, but I never saw it.

My mother is at Medilodge of Wyoming. She is supposed to be there for rehab. As far as I know, they were understaffed. She wasn't getting anything to drink. She hasn't seen her doctor, and she hasn't even had rehab in a week. This place is no good. I have not been able to step inside. I could look through the window, and it looked like a hospital. We knew where her room was, so we just went to the room. We called her beforehand, so she was right there waiting for us. They were short-staffed. They have bingo. That is all she has mentioned. She also didn't say anything about the food, so it must be OK. They need more staff.

Medilodge has attentive nurses, a patient advocate (who takes care of concerns before they escalate to problems), a creative activity staff, compassionate CNAs, reliable WiFi, security at al. My husband is at Medilodge of Wyoming currently, recovering from an amputation. My career requires me to travel and I can continue to do so, without any worries or concerns regarding his care and safety. The few times that we had concerns, they were handled swiftly and professionally. We are blessed to have an amazing staff to support my husband in his journey. Rooms are clean, supplied with ample cupboard space and allow for wheelchair maneuvering. The beds are decently comfortable as well.

My Mother is currently a resident at the facility. The staff are very patient and caring. Due to weakness BEFORE her injury her road may be long one to come home. She is experiencing depression and nausea and not eating even though the meals they serve are very good. Our family appreciates the sensitivity and positive attitude displayed. One of the nurses even took the time to pray with her which helped her through a very tough day. We have yet to meet an employee who is not willing to help or pass on a smile. It is a job that most of us could not perform and we feel blessed to have her in a safe place.

I am a relative of a person living there. I am highly disappointed by the services they provide. We usually have to wait 30 minutes or more when we call for help. My relative is left in her bed all day long. She is rarely checked on and since she has aphasia and trouble communicating it is even harder for her to get care well. The staff is not taking the time to listen to her needs and even avoid her. We are not kept in the loop of her health and if she is receiving therapy. She has been put under unecessary drugs that keep her droosy. Even if friendly for most them, the staff don't seem really involved in the care they Provide. This is to me unadmissible and I feel like we have better care to her when we were living with her.

My husband was sent to this facility for rehab. When we first arrived we were told he would see someone from Physical Therapy that day....didn't happen. He was very uneasy not knowing what was going on, how and when he would get meals and sometimes he didn't. I asked for a Protein drink several times for him. We got one in the 19 days he was there so brought them myself to him. He was in a wet bed when I got there one day. The aid later said it looked like the wash water had been spilled in the bed. I had to ask her to change the bed. My husband was dressed terribly and most time his belt was not even buckled. He never had anything to drink close enough to get to it when I arrived every day. They released him saying he was not responding to their care. What care? We seldom saw anyone in his room the entire time he was there. It took three people to get him in the car to get him home. I was alone to take care of him once home.....not sure what their plan was there and absolutely no one asked me. My husband drank and drank and drank fluids once home. Two days after being here at home he was still so dehydrated that he was failing and had to go back to the hospital by ambulance. He later died of Anorexia....how did that happen if he was being cared for?

I was at Tendercare Health and Rehab (medilodge of Wyoming). For the most part, the staff was good. Some of the aides were good and some were not. Their food was good. Their rooms were decent.

I was here in Tendercare for about 3 weeks to do rehab. It was for physical therapy. The people were very nice and very helpful. The nursing staff was really helpful in caring for the residents. The food was very good. There were a lot of small rooms if you were there temporarily. The staff and some of the other residents impressed me the most about this place. I would recommend this place to others.
