Facility is short staffed a lot of the time. Therefore residents are not changed often. If they are a 1:1 with feeding trays are left and you hope an aide shows up to actually feed the resident.

I can't say enough great things about Wellbridge of RH! Top notch care from staff and very responsive and proactive. The food is excellent as well! My Dad is a resident, and he eats every last bite and especially enjoys the desserts! Each month they have entertainment - musicians, signers. My dad and I enjoy going to those shows together. Wellbridge is also very clean. They are always cleaning the floors in the dining room and keep my dad's room tidy and smelling clean. The management is also very approachable and eager to assist in any way possible. I highly recommend Wellbridge RH for you or your loved one!!

The rooms are clean and most are private. There is no urine smell in the rooms or throughout the facility. The food is plentiful for all three meals and taste very good with many options. The staff is courteous and helpful but short staff they respond to the call button as quickly as they can.

I stayed at Wellbridge Of Rochester Hills for rehab. It was very nice, and the people were nice there. I was there for six weeks; if you have to be somewhere, that was a good one. For the first four weeks I had physical therapy. They have very nice rooms, it's a very nice facility. Most of the staff were very nice. The food was excellent. They advertise that they have gourmet food, and they do. They had bingo and a lot of stuff. They had movies and live entertainment every so often.

Just spent 20 days here. Excellent service in all areas—phys therapy, occupational therapy, nursing/aides. Food is excellent as is cleanliness and activities. Spa/salon amenities and free wifi are the frosting on the cake.

My father is in WellBridge of Rochester Hills. We chose them because of location and availability. It's a good place, and he likes it a lot. The staff is very friendly. It's very clean, but there's not a lot of variety in activities, and it's very expensive.
