We chose Spring Manor because of its amenities and my grandmother actually chose this place. They have a movie theater, ice cream shop, a beauty shop, a gym, a barber shop, a library, craft room, and community room.

Spring Manor was a little older. It seemed a little dingy like it needed freshening up -- painting and stuff like that. It was OK.
