I toured BeeHive Homes of Oxford. They accept non-memory care residents but everyone there is in memory care. They don't have it segregated or in different sections. That kind of turned me away because they're like, 'Look, everyone's here is memory care.' It's kind of depressing, so for someone who doesn't need that, one would be upset. However, I appreciate how nice and upfront they were about it. They're very transparent. It's not that they don't offer regular assisted living, it's just that they very much discourage it because it's not segregated. Everyone in there is a memory care resident. The staff were very nice and very transparent, so that part was good.

I went to tour BeeHive Homes of Oxford. Everyone was nice. The facility was clean. They spent a lot of time with us. They have a smaller cafeteria because they cater to a much smaller group. There are not as many people. The rooms were studios. They have their private bathroom in each one. There was nothing wrong with them, but they were just generic. They weren't as many activities as the other facility. There were very few. They have a bus that will take people in and out, and they have a smaller common area, but they have a nice outdoor area.

Our residents enjoy the following amenities:
Private Room and Bath – Each resident has a private room complete with its own ADA accessible bathroom. We have furnished rooms for those residents who are not bringing their own furnishings, but we also encourage our residents to make their private room their own by decorating the room according to their own personal tastes.
24-hour Staffing – What a wonderful feeling it is to have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that a caregiver is always there to help if needed. Our residents will always have someone close in the event they need assistance.
Delicious Meals – We love our food, and mealtime is always a favorite at our home. It should be noted that all meals are home-cooked and dietitian-approved so they are delicious and healthy.
Group Association – We truly are a family at our BeeHive Home. There is nothing like the feeling of being surrounded by loved ones.
Activities – We believe in staying active both physically and mentally. Every day we have individual and group activities for our residents.
Housekeeping Services and Laundry – All housekeeping services are provided for our residents including laundry services. We take pride in providing a safe and clean living environment for our residents.
Television and Internet – We provide, at no additional cost, our home cable service for each resident room and whole house WiFi.
