Staffing is spotty - usually short staffed and the staff are clearly underpaid and/or under appriciated. The food served is poor quality and quanity & not nutritious - sugar was routinely given to my diabetic father. 1/2 the beds have 2 walls & there is not really room for visitors. Finance was not helpful. Cleaning is unreliable. The Cafe Down Under staff are routinely rude. The food is poor quality and usually runs out by noon. I was quoted "we are cutting back on expenses" The toilet facilty was disgusting.

Staffing is sporadic at best - usually short staffed but then overstaffed the next day. The food served can be moldy/stale & not nutritious - sugar is routinely given to diabetics. 1/2 the beds have 2 walls - 1 at the foot & another at a side & there is not necessarily room or chairs for visitors. The Finance Dept is NOT knowledgeable. And cleaning is sporadic.

They are doing pretty good at Spectrum Health Rehab & Nursing Center according to my friend. She is in a two-person room, so they are a little austere. They have bingo, and they also have arts and crafts.
