Avoid this place at all cost. I never saw a doctor. I was given the wrong medication. The admin and owner do not care about people lives. It's terrible and should be shut down.

This facility is not great for elderly who unable to defend themselves... Their belongings is always missing, they barely know who is who, when you call for information about a relative staying there you speak to many people who have no idea who you are asking for, they never never call informing when our relative have an doctors appointment so we can be present. They have horrible staff except 1 or 2 that's is little that are happy to work there and very helpful thank you for those staff... they scream at your elderly, my sister had to witness that while speaking to my mother. so yeah please don't send your mother, grandmother or any elderly here, if they don't have depression believe me they will in this horrible place... cant wait to take my mother out of this place that day cant come sooner.

Excellent rehabilitation staff good care. Smoking facility.. dining area for patients a patio... hardworking staff care about the patients
