I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Caring Well at Aquarius is terrific. It's just a small place with only five residents. My mom is there and the care has been good. They personalize your care, so someone is always with the resident at all times. The bedrooms are ample and extremely clean. It has a garden and they have activities.

Located in a northern suburb of Washington, D.C., Caring Well at Aquarius is a board and care home operating in a single story ranch house in the quiet suburban neighborhood of Silver Spring, MD. The neighborhood is built in a gentle curve around the main campus of Leisure World Maryland, a sprawling senior community with ample outdoor spaces and an open golf course that borders the Caring Well Property.
Caring Well at Aquarius also looks after seniors with dementia. As part of the facility's memory care program, residents are supervised 24 hours a day by trained staff who can assist with administering medication and activities of daily living. The site manager is a geriatric nurse with 20 years of experience.
Seniors who live at Caring Well at Aquarius have supervised access to indoor common areas for games and community events, such as movies and music. Outdoor common areas are also available for spending time with visiting loved ones and for casual strolls around a secure fenced yard. Residents have access to a private bathroom, as well as assistance using it if needed. Meals are prepared in the residence, and transportation is available to nearby devotional services.
