My father is in Spring Arbor of Richmond, but he was in memory care with my mom, and she passed away in January, so he's still down there. I love the place. It's one of the best places I have ever found. The people, the friendliness, they really look after their residents. They're just really great. It's just a really great place. I would just rate it top-notch. His room is suitable because it's just him and he stays out of the room all day. He's really basically just in there to get up every morning and go to bed at night. He doesn't stay in his room. He stays outside, out in the big lobby and everything. They have a huge lobby. They really keep them busy. They had music, refreshments while they sat and listened to the music, and they had a day of taking pictures of all the residents and things about their life, and put them up on a big screen. They had a Father's Day celebration, and they're just all the time doing stuff with the residents. Their food is really, really good. I don't have any complaints about the place at all.

We went to look here. The lady we spoke with was very helpful and resourceful. We were impressed with what we saw. They take very good care of the residents. I like the location because when I went there, it was the first time I ever experienced seeing a senior care facility that's centered in the middle of a subdivision community or a residential community. I like that fact because you're not looking at traffic or some landmarks. You're looking at individuals, like people walking their dogs or babies. It gives you more of a feeling of being part of the community. Another thing that I liked about this facility was that they allow you to have a roommate. You can go to your room if you want to be in your room, or you can come out into the living area and watch TV with the person who's in the room with you.

It was pretty institutionalized. It's a newer facility. It's modern, but my mom just wasn't happy with it when we saw it. The staff was fine. The layout seemed to be pretty nice. They had a craft room, a beautician, and Wii bowling.

It was awesome. It was very clean and very open, and I was very impressed with the whole place. The people were very friendly. The rooms were nice. They were functional and organized. The person who did the tour was very nice, very hospitable, and answered my questions very well. I loved it.

My father is in here. They're very helpful. He hasn't been there very long, but so far it's been a good transition. He moved in, in a short amount of time. They did a good job trying to help with that. The staff is very good. The facility is three years old, so overall everything is really nice. His apartment is nice. The main living space is three-stories high, so it's pretty cool. I had a couple of things to eat there, and it's good food. He's participated in several activities. This facility is just 60 residents. I've considered that a good thing because of COVID and just in general, so the resident isn't lost in the crowd.
