One of the cleanest and friendliest facilities I have ever been in. We had a family friend there that was treated with dignity and respect. The staff was amazing and the administration paid attention to all of our needs/ concerns. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

My sweet grandmother discharged from this facility a little bit ago and had only great things to say. She was very well taken care of and truly felt as though everyone there was going to do all they could to get her back home. Thank you all for everything you've done.

Rooms are clean daily. If you have anything missing, staff is vey helpful with finding lost items. The staff became our second family and took excellent cate of our mother. Several activities are offered. Ice cream and arts and crafts seemed to be what mom looked forward too. Therapy is excellent. Very friendly and thorough in explaining their goals. The facility offers outings but since Covid, we have been able to set up window visits often.

Due to the attentiveness of the caring staff, my brother made much more rapid progress in his physical and occupational therapy tnan any of us imagined. He is home now and we are very pleased

Due to two falls I had the good fortune to be cared for by Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest. My care was excellent. My room was freshly painted and clean. The workers and skilled staff were very good to me. I mended quickly with the excellent physical therapy department. The food was good. All in all my experience was great. I left in good shape and felt I had been cared for by newly made friends.

Excellent care, activities for residents. Staff very helpful and compassionate. Kitchen staff does great job. Residents treated like family.

The staff and the healthcare at Signature HealthCARE at Hillcrest were poor, and the food was bad. We were not happy with this facility. We were trying to get my mother-in-law out of this facility. The staff did not seem to be managed well. They didn’t have the initiative to check on what was going on with the residents. The atmosphere was OK but not outstanding. The facility was kept halfway clean.

My mother is in Signature at Hillcrest. They take good care of her, and she gets her meals. I have no complaints with them. She shares a room with another lady. The staff are fine. They call all of the patients by name. The place is friendly. They do different things like bingo.
