The staff tries to give quality service but facility is understaffed. Meds are not given timely and I have waited at least 1 1/2 hours for nurse to reply. Due to lack of staff the nurses are rushed and have made more than a couple of errors in the short amount of time I have been here. The facility is clean but it took housekeeping a few days to come to my room for an initial cleaning. I would not recommend this facility because of it's lack of staff. The experience has been very frustrating thus far. I would not want my parents in this facility.
