I have had 4 grandparents and my mother in proper care homes. Clifton Oaks is by far the worst I have experienced. The staff there is ridiculously uncooperative. When you talk to someone, it’s like talking to a stone wall. You really don’t even know if they heard you. It’s the entire staff starting with the administration down to all the employees. I have a call in to the elderly care ombudsman. There needs to be some major changes starting at the top. The residents are very unhappy and feel like they do not get the care their social security pays for. The residents there are paying everyone’s salary there. Do they not realize this? Earn your pay!

I've been in Clifton Oaks Care Center for over two weeks now. I'm not happy with the medical staff. The aides and almost everybody do not listen. The food here is edible, but it's nothing special. They tried to get the meals here on time and bring snacks around. This facility is quite old, and you can see where they've had to make some repairs. My room has a TV. They have physical therapy here and people that do arts and crafts. They have groups and have trips to lunch outside.
