I had a friend who was at The Willows at Citation. That's a very nice place. My friend was there for nine months. Of course, that was during COVID, so there was a lot of stuff that was curtailed, but it was very clean. The nurses were responsive. Everybody there was just as nice as they could be. The food was good. I liked it. My friend, however, was very particular. She called the chef in from the kitchen and tried to give him different recipes, so that would make things more senior-friendly. But the food I thought was very good. It was during COVID that my friend was there, so they had a happy hour, they would bring independent retailers from outside for the residents to be able to purchase clothes or jewelry or purses or stuff like that. They had a room where you could just go and be with your family. They were very accommodating when it came to just doing things with the family. They had buses that would take you to the doctor. They had an activity director, too. The grounds were in a very good condition. They had good people working on the grounds, and they did a great job.

The Willows at Citation was a beautiful building. It's in a quiet neighborhood and it does not look like a nursing home inside or outside. I told my friend it was more like a hotel. We have not seen the room where she's going to be, but we have seen similar rooms and one of the girls even sent us pictures, too, to show her. Jaden was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Last week, she even came to my friend's house and talked with her. If we pass staff in the halls, most of them stop and talk to us. Even the CEO was out and about and he stopped and talked with us. The dining area looks like a restaurant. It's very nice, very clean, and has lots of room. So, that was a plus. I haven't seen all of the facilities, but they have physical therapy, occupational therapy, a beauty shop, and a full-time nurse. It's just top-notch.

If you are considering having a loved one at this facility. I would look further for long-term care. Shortly after she left the hospital, she went to the Willows for rehab. In which she did not go half the time and actually got worse. After dismissed her, they gave me three days to move my mom somewhere else. It seems to be all about the money with this company. Shame shame on you.

I was there for physical therapy. I got a blood clot from surgery. Three different nurses tried to give me wrong dosage of medicine. I caught it The food was terrible. I got a tray one night at 7:30 my sheets were never changed. I worry about the residents. Are they getting wrong medicine It is a beautiful building but they take better care of the flowers outside than the residents. Physical therapy was very good but is the only thing good. Not enough aides my call button didn’t work. The lady across the hall fell out of her wheelchair in her room and laid there forever before they came. I saw this.

The Willows at Citation is doing an excellent job. They give good care. It's a great place, it's clean, and the food is good. I don't have anything bad to say about it. The staff is excellent and very caring, and they have plenty of help. Mom is in skilled nursing. The food is like eating in a five-star restaurant. Everybody seems to be satisfied with the activities.

The Willows at Citation was very nice and clean. The staff member who assisted us was very helpful, very nice, and very informative. The dining area was very nice and clean too. There was a church service in the lobby, and they were singing. We also saw the physical therapy room.
