Good choice for those with limited income. Just north of 21st Street in the northwest area of town. Kind of a Plain Jane in terms of aesthetics, but the apartments are affordable and security is good. There are a lot of pretty, mature trees around the high rise and it is conveniently located near shopping and medical buildings. A site coordinator keeps an eye out for the residents and gets the word out if they need additional supports. Good opportunities for socialization with an exercise room, pool table, beauty salon and library right on site. Also has a nice community room.
