This is a HUD housing complex for low income elderly. It is located in the northwest area of Wichita, near a large park. There are 48 units of one and two bedroom apartments in the complex. HUD housing is usually on a wait list status so be prepared to have a wait period before move-in. These apartments are well kept and there is a site coordinator that keeps an eye out for the residents. Good opportunities for solicialization and nice safety features. Generally, better living standards for those on a limited income.
