I am staying at The Fountains. They are very kind to all their residents. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They've been very kind to me while I've been looking around and being very willing to work with me. The meals have improved a lot. They have many activities. I don't participate in a lot because I'm in independent living, but they have them. They have a lot of private parties. They offer a lot of different games. They're very kind about taking people to different locations if they wish to go out to different meals.

The apartment at The Fountains Retirement Community was lovely. The decor was lovely. It was more expensive than the others. It was quite a walk from the apartments available to the dining area. The staff was good. The dining area was lovely. They have a chef and food choices. There were standard things that were consistent. They had card playing when I was there. It just didn't feel like the right fit for my mother.

I went and toured The Fountains. It was a very nice facility. They have a nice-sized kitchenette with full-sized appliances, but we don't need that. They have parking under the building, so that's nice. They were very accommodating. I did not eat the food there, but they have a very nice dining room. They have activities all day long. You can pick and choose what you want to do. They have a nice exercise room. They have pretty much the same stuff. The only reason my brother-in-law chose not to go there is that it's off the beaten path from everything else that he normally does. If he needed more care, he would have to do assisted living. He would need to move, and he can't stay in the same room.

I feel we live at a luxury senior resort! There is so much here to be grateful for. The food is awesome and for the first time in years I am eating much healthier. I can get my steps in each day without going outside, I love all the activities offered. This place is phenomenal.

I had an in-person tour of The Fountains Retirement Community. It seems like they encourage people to see other people, get out of their rooms, and do different things. The staff was friendly. People were listening to the piano and other people playing cards. They have a lot of activities. The facility was nice and clean. They didn't have as much natural light, but the rooms still had everything you would need. The room we looked at was freshly remodeled. Other family members were eating with their family members that lived there. So I think they encourage people to come and eat with their family members.

I had an in-person tour of The Fountains Retirement Community. The tour itself was very well organized. The tour leader understood exactly what we needed and answered all our questions. The facility was very clean and very organized. It's built in a way so that folks can't get lost and find their way back home. The room that we were shown was very clean and organized. I was pleasantly surprised. They had a daily schedule of activities. They have a central meeting room and a dining room. They had two floors with elevators and great security. The folks I met were very friendly, happy, content, and engaged. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. The one-bedroom has a sitting room or a living room with a little kitchenette, a small refrigerator, a small countertop, some shelving, and a microwave. There's a full handicapped bathroom with emergency cords in each room. All the hallways are railed and wide. We saw the menu, and it's varied. They also do an on-demand service for folks that want to have scrambled eggs every day. I gave it an overall rating of 3 because I have nowhere else to compare it against. This is my first visit to the facility.

We went to The Fountains Retirement Community. We saw an apartment that was vacated. There wasn't a lot to tour because they only have one common room for all their activities, and that's it. I didn't think it was very well kept cleanliness-wise. It looked beat up and everything was very dusty. The staff that I met were very courteous. They have some classes, and it's all in that big, main room. They have their church services. Whatever they offer, it's in that big common area, which kind of limits what they can do.

Recently assisted a resident with a pack up and move at this facility. I will say the apartments are fairly new, but I was shocked to see how dirty the inside of the unit was. I witnessed an employee yelling at the resident in a very inappropriate manor when they requested assistance. I also witnessed two employees talking to each other about new job opportunities and talking negatively about this community while lifting the resident into their wheelchair. Absolutely appalling.

The rooms were nice at Fountains Senior; they had a standard color for each of the rooms so you couldn’t customize. The staff was very good and the lady I talked to explained the whole program they have. The dining room is set up quite well and everything was clean there.

Thank you so very much for visiting The Fountains and for taking the time to write a review. The Fountains offers many ways for residents to customize their apartments including choosing custom paint colors, adding ceiling fans or chandeliers, and customizing closet storage. Please call Becky for more information on our many customizing options.

The staff was always very patient and understanding with the people at their facility and discussing things with relatives. The same employees were there almost everytime I was there which showed through in how familiar they were with the facility and all of the residents. Everything was clean and presentable at all times and the residents were kept informed of any changes or upcoming plan the facility had. The employees were helpful with any problems or questions the residents or the family members had. There was always a person at the welcome desk and all other access points were controlled by a door code. Plenty of visitor parking, ice cream machine, library, movie room and large eating area.
