The facility itself is very nice and attached to a family home which the owners live in. The owners are courteous, friendly, and seem very competent. The residents were well cared for, and had a fairly strict daily routine. The atmosphere was very "homey", with relatives visiting often, including relatives of the owners. The owner's children are also involved in the family business, and together they seem to have created a unique environment for elderly care. There aren't a lot of amenities here, and I guess that keeps it from a perfect 5-star rating. Then again, the activity level of most of the residents seems pretty sedentary - these are elderly individuals with little independence or desire for interaction.
