"I toured Madison Home Place. It was pretty good. I didn't see anything that I least liked. The staff who gave the tour did a good job. She was nice. The structure of the building was nice, too. It was clean. The rooms had a nice layout. It was a pretty decent size. I feel like I want to be there when I get to that age."

"My mother moved into the Blake at Township. I love it, and it’s very good. They have a good many activities, and they have an activities director. They take them out, take them shopping, and they do other things also. Her room is a nice size, there's plenty of space for her, and it's well laid out. Everybody has been really helpful, and they worked with us during the move out and move in. They have an activity room, a theater room, card games, puzzles for everybody, cooking demonstrations, and workshops. The facility itself is excellent, well-maintained, clean, and there’s no smell to it."

"My mom has moved to Sunnybrook Estates. It's independent but they have people there that you can hire. Everything has been positive and the people that are working there have been accommodating. It's just been great. It's been a good move for my mom and she's making friends and getting involved in some of the activities they're having. A lot of things are kind of closed down still because of COVID, so we're looking for that to open up a bit, but I can't complain. It is very clean and they come in and clean for my mother once a week. The property is very nice. I haven't eaten there but mom doesn't love the food."

"I like The Blake at Flowood much better than the others. It's very beautiful, brand new, had floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, big wide hallways, lots of light, and is very modern. The person that showed us around was awesome, very friendly, and took a lot of time to sit down with us and talk to us. The dining area was nice, too. It felt very vibrant and fun. I didn't come out of there feeling sad. It was a very fun, lively dining area with big windows overlooking the courtyard. It had a bistro feel to it almost. They had a beauty salon, fitness room, and activities."

"I toured Lakeland Seniors Apartments. The community seemed very nice. The residents were very nice, and the ladies that work in the office were excellent. One of them took me on a tour of a one-bedroom apartment and I liked it. They gave me an application to fill out and I filled it out. The apartments were nice. Their one-bedroom would suffice for me. I would tell anybody about it and give good reviews because I like it. It was clean there and everything was nice in my opinion. You have a kitchen in your apartment, and you cook your own food. They have bingo and they have games. I am considering it and I hope I would be accepted. The staff who gave me the tour was a very experienced person explaining the apartment to me and showed me everything, and I enjoyed the tour."
