"I went to Old Main Village. It was great, the services they offered and the information they offered. My dad was having mobility issues and needed PT and OT, which they offer on-site. They have elevators to help with getting around, and the dining hall was spectacular. It was more like a restaurant serving, and then they get individual attention. They have concerts, poker nights, a movie theater, and a bunch of different activities. And they specify the activities to the residents like some residents used to play pool, so they have a pool room. They have a recreational room, and if family visits they could go be with them. They have a church, they have a bunch of different things for everyone. Everyone is great and it was very clean."

"I toured Mankato Lodge Senior Living, and it was nice. The room was nice. The staff who helped during the tour was very knowledgeable, did a good job, and showed me around. The dining area seemed very good. I saw some card playing and puzzles."

"Ecumen Pathstone Living was very nice. The room was nice. This was my mom’s choice, but they had no opening at the time of our visit. They have a hair salon. The residents were in their rooms; maybe it’s because of the time we visited. "

"I liked Ecumen Sand Prairie. The people that I met there were friendly. It's just that at the time, they were having a COVID outbreak. They weren't accepting any new people. They had an activities room for the residents with a community puzzle table. They had a small library there, too. It seemed to be clean and well-kept. The lady that toured me was real friendly and was real good about answering all the questions that I had. She did a good job of showing me around the place. The dining area was clean. The lighting was good, and there was plenty of space there."

"I moved into Ecumen Prairie Hill just a couple of months ago. I like the location. It's close to the dentist and the clinic. I get a ride to church, and I get to ride to shopping. There is a transit bus available if I need to go to the store, the post office, or the bank, since I'm not driving myself anymore. I moved into their independent living, but I'll be able to stay in the same apartment if I need assisted living."

"We have apartments here at Keystone Communities. They have independent, assisted and memory care. I'm in partially assisted. What I like best about this facility is the fact that it's roomy, it's very clean and the staff is very nice. I think they're very concerned about making it a good experience for everybody. If we need help with something, we can get it. I know they work very hard. They have a lot of activities for us. They have creative writing class, an exercise and a walking club, etc. Food also is very good. "
