When I visited The Pavillion I realized how clean the facility was and how helpful everyone was. They answered all of my questions and actually cared!! I would definitely recommend it.

Pavilion Of Waukegan Nursing was OK, clean, and convenient. They seemed to do a nice job taking care of the place. It's not particularly beautiful, but the staff was kind, and they'd rather take care of the needs of the patients. The rooms and apartments were clean and tidy, but not beautiful or anything like that. The food looked OK, nothing to get excited about, but the dining area was nice.

It’s almost been a year since my dad moved into Pavilion of Waukegan. It’s an older facility and small. They have activities for the residents, like group participation and physical therapy. Every resident is well taken care of. Their services are pretty good as well.
