The Nurses and aides are generally nice can be very rude or unknowledgeable. Activeties mngr. Does not return calls. Her team does not hold to scheduled call appointments. When complained about they will lie to cover. Meals are late quite a bit. If full care, take them somewhere else they do not seem to understand full care. Hygiene of patients is efinately an issue.
