I visited Savoy Villas of Holly Brook. The staff seemed friendly. It was a bigger building than the other one was, so there were more people that were there. They had a nice dining area. They had a multipurpose area where you could do activities, but there weren't any going on at the time. The room had a bedroom, a living room, a small area with a microwave and a refrigerator, and an accessible bathroom. The facility was well maintained. They had a little cook's nook for the people. If they wanted to bake something, they had a little place where they could bake cookies or cakes.

I liked Savoy Villas of Holly Brook and I liked the location. They do laundry, meals, once weekly housecleaning, and they'll do the towels and the linens. They've got a library there, an activity room, and a therapy room. They've got nice areas exterior to enjoy the outdoors. It was a nice facility.

My sister has already signed up with Savoy Villas of Holly Brook. She will be moving in about three weeks. She liked that she would be able to go outside from her apartment. The facility had a little patio and a pond. Most of the apartments were all the same. It was clean. The people were very friendly. Everyone was friendly. What tipped my sister there was, she can go outside and sit right outside her door. We had lunch there, and the food was very good. The staff was super nice. My sister has Parkinson's and she is only 73, so this is very hard for her, but she can no longer live by herself. She didn't have anything negative to say about any of the staff everywhere. However, when she walked in the door, she just liked this place better. The staff was super nice. They had bingo. Everything is very limited due to Covid, but hopefully this won't last forever. What they will do now is mostly individual with them, but it is an interaction that she needs.

We went to Savoy Villas of Holly Brook. It was very nice and wonderful. The apartments were very nice, the buildings were almost identical to the other place, and the lady that gave us the walk through was very helpful; she followed up with us the next day. The food was delicious. They have a four seasons room, with fireplaces, TV sets, a pool table, and they have a theater room which is actually set up like a theater. The dining area was very nice, very clean, and had buffet style meals. They have separate rooms for arts and crafts or baking. They have laundry facilities and you have a choice of doing it yourself or having them do it for you. The four seasons room and inner court apartments all open into an open patio area where you can put furniture, plants, or whatever you want outside your doors. It's absolutely beautiful.

The general appearance of Villas of Holly Brook–Savoy is very clean and nice. From the maintenance people up to the manager, they are very friendly and helpful. Several residents would stop and spend time talking to my mom and to us. It's a very nice and friendly place that's ideal for my mother. My mom loves to play Pinochle and there's a group that plays there, so she loves that. She loves Bingo, too, and they have movies since they have a theater. I haven't heard anything negative about the food from my mother so I'm assuming everything's good.

I visited Savoy Villas of Holly Brook. I saw a couple rooms. They were very nice studio apartments. It was a very new facility, and it was upscale. It looked like a very comfortable location. The person that assisted me was very informative. She gave me lots of information. The dining area looked like a restaurant.
