The administration staff was not helpful at all, the director of nursing never responded to any requests for assistance. The supervisor of guest services and the executive director ignored the health care concerns of my mother which lead to her being admitted to the hospital. I am totally shocked by the carelessness of patient care given

Filthy rooms. Housekeeping hardly shows up. Food is slop. Staff doesn't check on patients. It's just an inconvenience tp them. If you are able to help yourself with dressing and bathroom your going to have to do it yourself. Patients who are unable to get themselves washed, dressed or go to the bathroom are left in their own waste for hours. Don't bother hitting your call button it could take hours for an answer. They are understaffed and no one cares even the Director. Covid is all thru the building due to the unsanitary conditions. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE IN THIS FACILITY........... They deserve less than 1 star and should be shut down.

There was nothing good about this place l was supposed to be in a private room they had no intenion of placing me in one till i complained. After 18 hrs none of my meds were their, they left in cloths and linens that i came from the hospital in for over 18 hours. Nobody came to me when I checked in explained anything to me, they expect you to lie their like a mushroo. I was supposed to receive copies of admission paperwork, never received even though i asked 4 to 5 times, the 5th time they said they didnt have it. If u want good care stay away from Warren Barr too mich DEI and too little care, the place is a joke. Questions

I visited here. It was much nicer than the nursing home I stayed at because it was new. The staff was really helpful. My sister was in there between two to four months. The rooms were very nice. The food was very good. The dining room was very nice. The appearance of the place impressed me the most.

My mom was here maybe for about a month. They have a lot of things to do, and it has been a great experience for my mom.

This is a very clean facility. They watch the residents closely and have important services available on a regular basis. They have the beauty parlor, dentist and appropriate activities. Alzheimer's activity groups are divided by ability. The outdoor patio is also nice.
