"We have had the same two ladies for over a year. The are 24hr caregivers and because there is Alzheimer’s/dementia I’m happy the schedule is solid and there is even a regular back up if needed. The office is always easy to reach and they contact me immediately if there is ever a need or concern. The ladies are very attentive and are always with her. "

"I have been using Abliss Healthcare - LLC Chicago, IL for six months now. The service is nice. When I needed to go and do things outside, I would hire them to come into my home and take care of my mother. Everything went well. I don't have any complaints. If I were to hire them, it would probably be no more than six or seven hours. They clean up, they feed her, and they cook for her. They do a lot. Abliss Healthcare is very prompt. I had a very nice lady to help me."

"My parents are getting some in-home care through Home Instead right now. They do cleaning, and they'll do just about anything else, but not medical. We chose them because they were nearby. Billing and scheduling are fine, and they're very flexible with their scheduling. My parents are only having service from them once a week, and they have a minimum of four hours, but you can do a three-hour. They charge a little bit more for a three-hour day, though. The woman has been coming to my parents' house once a week for four hours, and she cleans, helps around the house, and prepares meals. The caregivers are very helpful."

"Home Instead of Joliet provides twice a week visits to my mother's home. My mother has had a number of different caregivers from Home Instead over the past three years and ALL have been timely, friendly, caring and responsible individuals. While I see my mother often, I have full confidence in the caregivers Home Instead provides to assist her being able to stay in her home. I have never had a problem or issue with any of the providers or the service itself. Their follow up calls are always professional and caring. Their monthly billing has always been exact and on time. "I got Always Best Care of Chicagoland & South Suburbs last December. "We used Home Helpers. My mother was recovering from a stroke and so the first week, we had round-the-clock care. She needed help transferring from the chair to the toilet or the toilet to the bed or just moving. After that, as she improved, we cut that down to just a few hours a day, and then once she felt like she could navigate her kitchen and take a shower by herself, we discontinued care."
