Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook and Southwest Suburbs

We're using Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook. They seem very caring and helpful. My mom's not easy to deal with, so anyone who can deal with her gets five-stars. I chose them just because the interview went really well. They help with anything she needs. They make sure she takes the medicine prescribed by the hospice doctor. The first lady had to leave because I think she was going out of town. We're on our second person now, and so far, both of them have been fantastic.

I've been using Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook for about a half year. They make sure they have their people here. They've had maybe about seven different caregivers that have come here at one time or another and most of them are good. There's one of them that I complained a little bit about and they said, "OK, fine, that person will never be back there again." They address my concerns. They're very good. They're doing everything I want them to do.

I'm using Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook. They took me to a doctor's appointment and back and I used them to get some medication from my doctor about two or three weeks ago. They're very nice, friendly, and very pleasant. I chose them because they were the first ones to call me, and they sounded like they knew what they were doing. So far, it's been very good.

We're using Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook for my father. They help him with meal prepping and cleaning, they do his laundry, and whatever he needs assistance with. The caregivers have been very attentive, and made sure they did things that needed to be done. They get the job done, and I don't have any complaints. They're on target with billing and scheduling. They always reach out and keep me informed.

We are using Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook for my mother. The lady who works with my mom is very caring and patient. I needed her for cleaning which she's doing a great job. She's very thorough. She does help my mom to get around her area. I'm very happy with the progress so far for the last weeks that she's been working with us. It's a little on the higher side, but as long as the quality is there, I don't mind paying a few extra dollars. As long as we're still getting the same care a few months from now, I think it'll be very worth the money to have good care. My mom is blind, so she assists her down to get her mail. She hasn't done laundry yet, but I definitely would like her to do one every other week and do a little laundry, basically, right now, she's just cleaning and maybe making some hardboiled eggs or something for her. She's been prompt. I've met her twice. To my knowledge, my mom likes her, so that's a positive. She's punctual. She does a great job cleaning. Right now, it's what I hired her for and it's perfect for us.

Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook is a 24-hour in-home health care. They've been fabulous. They were the ones that had reached out to me the quickest. We met with the lady almost immediately and she sat with us and discussed things for probably close to, if not more than an hour, of what my dad needed. We just felt like she was very knowledgeable, and helpful, and we didn't need to look any further. The billing and scheduling have been fine. It's all done with ease. There have been no issues. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with all of them.
