I had back surgery and was sent to Fair Oaks Rehab in Crystal Lake.... it was fantastic! My care from nurses, CNA, to PT was so great. I felt they went far and beyond their duties and always with caring. Not once did anyone make me feel helpless or a inadequate or just a pain to take care of. Loved the place and would recommend it highly....staff of kitchen and also activites great. Food good and would replace with something else if you didnt like what you ordered. Place very clean and well kept. I give you a five star grade in fact I’d go 10+

It is clear that this facility is run very well and provides a high quality environment for both long-term care residents and rehabilitating short-term residents as well. I am a nurse who visits the facility often to perform assessments and have years of experience visiting local facilities. Fair Oaks is consistently providing a lively array of activities, there are always caregivers available to assist when residents need them, the rooms and common areas are always clean and the air smells fresh. I have full confidence that this place is conscientious, caring, responsible and competent in what they do. It is a difficult industry but very inspiring when the care is delivered with dignity as they do at Fair Oaks.

In the past, I had a relative in Fair Oaks, and we visited there on a daily basis. We were very satisfied with the facility. They were all first class. Everything was in whatever the highest rate I could give it. The staff was very friendly, very nice, and very professional. During the course of her time there, she had both private and semi-private rooms. She enjoyed the food there.

I visited Fair Oaks Health, and I liked it. It was homey and small. They had an entertainer, and they did art projects when I was there. They have a helpful and knowledgeable staff. They assisted me during the time of my tour. I would recommend this facility to others.
