My mom is in California Gardens. The staff is okay but could be better. Sometimes my sister and I have to meet with them to discuss concerns. The room is okay. We attend the quarterly staffing meetings.

This facility located is located on the south west side of chicago. This facility is fair in appearence. The grounds were clean , however not well manicured. While there, I witnessed overcrowding in the halls, and residents who had several complaints. This facility serves a heavy population of mentally ill individuals. In general, I would rank this facility 3 out of 5 stars.
