This facility is located on the north side of chicago. This facility does not have skilled care, it provides services to a large population of individuals who are mentally ill. You have 3-4 residents to a room, and the most common area is the patio. The dinning area is small, and residents have wait in line to be serve their meals. In general, I would give this facility 2 out of 5 stars.
