This facility located on the northwest side of chicago accepts residents who have been diagnoised with a mental illness, and who are in need of skilled care. They also accept individuals who have been diagnoised with Dementia and Alzeheimers disease. The bed hold here is 200, and one of the common areas are the dinning area. While there I noticed how the residents were communicating with one another as well as the staff, it was refreshing to see to see the positive energy amongst all. In general, I would rank this facility a 4 out of 5 stars.
