Garden Plaza of Post Falls is a very nice community. The apartments are very nice. When we entered the door, we were greeted by somebody at the desk there. Then Nancy (who is in sales there) was the one that gave us the tour. She was very thoughtful. It's a lovely, lovely community. The apartments are fantastic. The ones that we saw were complete with a washer and dryer. And then, of course, they offer cleaning once a week and so forth. It was immaculate as far as I'm concerned so I recommend Garden Plaza except that the waiting list is like from here to Texas. Nevertheless, it is very nice. There are two meals a day, and then there's always soup available at lunch. And if you want to buy some extra, you can. The food appeared to be very nice, and people seemed to be happy.

We toured the Garden Plaza of Post Falls. They did have a full kitchen and that I liked. Their rooms were small but adequate. It has a washer and dryer in the room. It was clean, and all around was very good. That was our favorite one, but it was a question about the dog. That was a very good tour and was quite thorough. Everyone we came across was very friendly.

We visited the Garden Plaza of Post Falls. Everything about it was fantastic, from the greeting to the publications that gave the tours. It was immaculate. The residents were extremely happy. The rooms are always redone in between each resident. We were very pleased. We met multiple staff members and management as well; they were delightful, very helpful in answering questions, and very pleasant to work with. We've eaten there, and it's an open menu with an actual chef, that is fantastic.

Garden Plaza of Post Falls is very clean, and that's very important to me. It was the only place that we've looked at so far that had rooms that would accommodate both my husband and me, so that was good. Most of the places that we looked at online are more for like a single person. The lady Stephanie who took us around gave us a lot of good information and answered all our questions, so I appreciated that. The apartment that we would want would be one of their two bedrooms. One of the things that we found in all of them is that the bedrooms are extremely small, and that's kind of a drawback. We also live in a very large space house right now, so it's hard to think about paring down to 800 square feet. But there, at least we could have two bedrooms, so we could have a bed in one room and the furniture in another. It also had a washer-dryer which appealed to me, so that I wouldn't have to even give up that because I don't need assisted living, but my husband does. Also, they were very accommodating and very helpful. The building is very pleasant-looking, it has nice wide corridors and high ceilings, and there is nice outside landscaping, so all of that is a big plus.

Garden Plaza in Post Falls was very clean. All the staff were very friendly. They seemed very engaged with the residents there. It's a bigger facility, but I was impressed at how the residents were known. There were lots of interactions. All the residents I talked to were very happy to be living there. The residents that were there talked a lot about how good the food was. We saw the menu, and it seemed very nice. It didn't smell like a cafeteria, it smelled like a restaurant.

We toured Garden Plaza of Post Falls for my parents. Everyone was friendly and the residents were all saying, "You want to move here" as we were going on the tour. We were just a walk-in, we didn't schedule an appointment, but they took us right away. And then when we were able to do a more thorough tour, they took us on everything. We loved the garden. My dad wants to be able to go outside, but we can't have him outside, and they have an inner courtyard that you can go to, and it's just beautifully cared for. And so, they can do that. They have the meals that are there that meet my mom's needs. They've got a variety of sizes of apartments that supports what my mom's looking for. They have, not only a doctor but a dentist on-site as well, along with the rest of the amenities that are there. And they do a lot of extracurricular-type things. When we were there, people were coming back from horseback riding. I thought that's good because you need to stay active, and especially with my dad being active. So, it was just a lot of those little things. Val and Tamara were wonderful. And what made them that is the fact that even though we were just walk-ins, they immediately took us on a tour. They made time for us, and they get back to us. And they were also kind. On the second time that we took the tour because we had a little more time, they took us up into a little conference room area where we could sit down and have a good conversation about what we were looking for. They took the time to understand what it was we wanted so that they made sure they showed us exactly all the things that we wanted. And then a few other things, like they said, "Well, you didn't mention this, but based on what we're hearing and seeing from you, we think you would find this good," and they were right. Everything is way better than in some of the places we toured. I wouldn't have even thought of some of the stuff that they've got.

We toured Garden Plaza about two weeks ago. The whole place was nice. It's probably the best one in the area. They have just about everything: dentists coming in, entertainment, and transportation. We looked at the one-bedroom. We met a person from marketing, and she was very nice.

I moved into Garden Plaza of Post Falls. My daughter took a tour of it, and she was really satisfied, that's why we chose it. I wasn't able to tour it, but it's been real good. The food is a lot better than where I moved away from. They have a swimming pool that's four-foot deep, a spa, a pool table, a workout room, and a couple of cards around in the activity room. They really got a pretty good selection. They've got bingo, movies, and popcorn hour during the afternoon.

Garden Plaza of Post Falls is absolutely wonderful. We've been here a year, and it's heavenly. We have a rather small apartment with a bedroom, living room, and a kitchenette with a full-sized stove, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave, so it has everything that you might want. We have as much room as we need for two people. It's not large, but it's adequate, and fits our budget. The food is excellent. We get two full meals a day and we can have soup for lunch, which is free. There's no regular lunch, and you can buy a sandwich at the coffee shop if you want. There's a fitness center, a pool, exercise classes (like yoga and chair exercises) four of the five days, line dance classes, art classes, music, singalongs, movies several times a week, beanbag baseball, a little putting green, and a bus that takes you to concerts. There's an outing every week that goes to a nearby city or casino. We also have scenic bus rides. We're surrounded by mountains and a very beautiful valley, so it's very scenic here. We have a Greek-themed buffet and the other night we had belly dancers, and they were wonderful. There's a variety of activities, and we have a wonderful and outstanding activities director. The place is fairly new (only eight years old). There are also buses to doctors' visits, and we have an in-house beauty shop for manicures and pedicures.

The care given to my Mom is excellent, the facility is very neat and clean, and the meals provided are from a menu and are ordered by residents choice. I can visit my Mom whenever I want and can eat meals with her, I choose from the same menu as she does and the food is really good. There is an in-house physician available with PAs from his office visiting the patients regularly. Medications are given as required for the patient. The residents can use any physician they want, but we have switched to the in-house physician, just much easier and there when we need him. .Overall, this facility is exceptional, from the staff to the caregivers, they provide everything that a resident may need to keep them comfortable and happy. I would recommend Garden Plaza to anyone, very pleased with it.

My girlfriend’s mother was in Garden Plaza of Post Falls, so I know that it’s a beautiful facility, but it is very expensive. She was happy there. They have games, social hour, and things like that; just the normal activities like the other ones have. I would certainly recommend it, if they can afford it. They have a swimming pool and everything.

I live in Garden Plaza of Post Falls. It looks like a 5-star hotel. I have a beautiful two-bedroom, and I love the dining room and the food. They’re wonderful people. The staff is so good to me, and there’s nothing I have to do. I would advise anyone who can afford it who is in need of a place to call home to come here.

I like Garden Plaza the best, but my parents picked the other facility. I would say overall, it was my very favorite, and they were the best. I like the care, the staff, and the facility itself. I absolutely recommend this community to others. The food is excellent. When I was there, they were doing arm and hand exercises, and they were playing the piano too.

Terrible care at night if you need it. Very nice place but only if you don't need any assistance at night.

All the caregivers and also the office staff are like family and treat my mom just like she's one of their family members. They are all super well trained and very helpful to us.
