The Cottages assisted living facility in Nampa, ID is a very cozy and comfortable home for loved ones. My step-father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and was a resident of this facility. The staff was very attentive and gave my step-dad the care he needed in a down to earth atmosphere. The Cottages specialize in helping people with Dementia and know how to best help their patients live the most comfortable life possible.The Nampa, Idaho facility is a down to earth home with a country western feel. About 12 residents live in the house together and are cared for around the clock by staff members.Through the initial screening process to the end of life cycle my step-father went through, The Cottages staff were always there to provide the best level of care. I truly believe in my heart that he was cared for in the best way possible.

The south side of our home has a large sun room with a gorgeous view of the Owyhee mountains that our residents really enjoy. It's also a favorite place for family members to spend time when they stop in to visit their loved ones. It's sunny and uplifting throughout the year. The Cottages of Nampa specializes in providing personalized care for seniors with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia in a small, home like setting. Sondra Winter, the Administrator, joined The Cottages in 2006 and previously served as the Assistant Administrator at The Cottages of Emmett where she specialized in managing our Alzheimer's home. She has a special love for seniors with dementia and prefers to work in that environment. Respite and adult day care are also available.
