The Ponderosa Estate is a boutique luxury assisted living community in Eagle, Idaho, purpose-built and opened in 2026 to offer something the Treasure Valley didn't have: truly personal senior care in a genuinely beautiful setting.

What makes us different

We have 16 private suites. That number is deliberate. It's small enough that every caregiver knows every resident, from their routines to their favorite meals to the names of their grandchildren, and large enough to offer the amenities, programming, and professional care team you'd expect from a much larger community. Every suite is private with an ensuite bathroom, offering comfort, privacy, and dignity. We're locally owned by co-founders who are on-site and involved, not a national chain managed from a distance. That ownership shows up in the details: the quality of the food, the tenure of the staff, and the way families are treated as partners in their loved one's care.

Services

Residents receive personalized assistance with the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility, all delivered with warmth and dignity. Life here includes chef-prepared meals served restaurant-style, a full calendar of activities and outings, and elegantly appointed common spaces. Healthcare services including physician visits, therapy, home health, and hospice are available onsite when needed.

Our staff

With a high caregiver-to-resident ratio, our team has the time to provide truly individualized support and build meaningful relationships. Families know our caregivers by name, and our caregivers know every resident's story. We're located at 4346 W Old Valley Rd in Eagle, minutes from downtown Eagle and convenient to Boise, Meridian, and Star. We serve private-pay residents and accept long-term care insurance.
