I've been to Parkview Apartments because I have a friend there. What I liked the most was the awesome view from many of the apartments. It overlooked a beautiful park, you can also see the mountain in one direction, and the rooms were large. I understand that most of the apartments have been renovated over the years. Her second apartment wasn't as nice as the first, but the kitchen in the first one had been totally redone with granite countertop and nice cabinets. What I don't care for is the heating doesn't seem to work very well. My friend's room was always cold in the winter, and part of that could be due to larger rooms than average. Hers was a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, but I was looking for just 1, or 2 bedrooms at the most. She really liked it there.
