We have a total of 12 hours in Alzheimer's and Dementia training upon hire we're also have an additional 30 hours of other training per state regulations

4 per shift not including managers

There are daily activities for the residents that include exercise, trivia, puzzles, games for motor skills, gardening, and a book club. This is only some of the things we offer.
Who assesses residents' health and cognitive functioning? How often is that assessment repeated?
We have a nurse on call 24/7 and we also have rounding physicians that come every two week or when needed
What techniques does Venice Green Village use to support memory care residents during mealtimes?
We always want to ensure that the residents are able to do things on their own to keep their motor skills but when needed we're there to help assist

By phone, emails and one on one visits
