I visited Palace Retirement Home, but I thought it was a horrible place. The location isn't good, and it didn't look like they had enough help the day I went. The facilities also didn't look clean and the people didn't look engaged. There were quite a few residents there to be taken care of and I only saw one staff member there. They seemed overworked. It wasn't very spacious, but it looked like it could accommodate the residents that are there.

I didn't like Palace Retirement Home at all. It wasn't good. It was a rundown place with horrible furniture, and it just wasn't a place I'd put my mom in. I didn't care for it. The person who assisted me was nice, and I liked her. The place looked like a motel fixed into a home for older people. I wasn't impressed.
