My aunt was in West Broward Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for rehab. It was pretty good, the only thing that upset me a little bit was, she wasn't sitting up much. She was in bed most of the time, other than the time when she was going for physical therapy. I didn't see her sitting up in a wheelchair or anything like that, and it might have been her refusing, so I don't know. That's the only thing that I would say was bad, everything else was pretty good, except for the food. The staff was good, there were no problems. It was pretty clean.

I've been wanting to write and say I am pretty surprised that your facility is so great! Your patients/residents are very well taken care of in every way. My sister has been there for several months and it seems all your staff know her and all the others' needs: I.e. which foods are preferred and best for their individual needs, what programs they enjoy (movies, games, sing-alongs, outings, etc)... free manicures and inexpensive hair salon. The variety and the joyful attitudes are truly wonderful. Of course, the residents need every type of medical, physical and emotional care, so someone may walk in and feel uncomfortable at first, as did I. But the care is truly amazing. Thank you!

We chose West Broward Care Center because we knew who the administrator was and we wanted to try it out and we knew that it was highly recommended. It was a very good experience. Everybody was very, very helpful. The nurses were on top of things. They knew what they were doing. They?re all very capable there. It was very clean. The rooms were not bad. The one that he was in there were two people in the room. Nice bathrooms, very nice.

I visited West Broward Care Center for my parents. It is not well-staffed. When I walked through, I smelled the odor of urine. It is okay but it is not quality. I wouldn't recommend this one.

My friend was in the care of this facitliy for three months and they rehab'ed her back to great health!!! She was able to return home at the end of the three months, which was all she wanted!
