My wife is currently at Solaris HealthCare Daytona. I chose it because of the rehabilitation that they offer. They do a great job in rehab. The rooms are very nice. It's a shared room, and they're usually wallpapered with paintings or pictures on them. The shared room has curtains that are helpful. The staff is friendly and accommodating with whatever you need. The meals are tasty. The only thing I would object to is the fact that they have a rotating menu, and it gets kind of old after a while if you're using the same thing over and over. They have very few activities, and it's usually one activity a day and they're limited.

My mom is staying at Solaris HealthCare Daytona and we have no complaints at all. The staff is great, very accommodating, very helpful, and very caring. I love everything and I feel comfortable with her there. Maybe they can have a little bit better food, but other than that, everything is great there and they have a nice dining room. Right now, she shares a room but she can be in a private room if she wishes. They do activities every week with the residents. They do bingo, coloring, crossword, they have a Grandparents' Day, and they have a variety of things. Though the facility is nice, it's outdated and maybe needs a little updating.
