"I liked them very much. It was very nice inside. The residents that were out in the hallway looked well-tended. They have a nice little garden that you can go sit out in, or a screened-in area that you can sit and look out on, which I loved. That was the place I wanted for my mother. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. They worked with me when I tried to get my mother in there. It was very clean, and the dining area was nice, with little tables, and everything. The apartments had a kitchenette area, a nice-sized bathroom, and a small bedroom. It was very nice and I fell in love with the place."

"My friend moved to Casalia Gardens. It's clean and well-appointed. She has her own room and everyone's been very nice. It's a small place and they seem to care about their residents. She is in the memory care and they all seem to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have not tasted the food, but I have been there while they are preparing it and they prepare it fresh from scratch. The place smells wonderful when they're cooking. They do little crafts and coloring, and they have visiting therapy dogs that come in. She doesn't have a private bath, but she's only sharing it with one other person, and the other amenities are all excellent. She's getting what she pays for and she's paying less than where she was while getting more."

"My mother will be moving into Angels Senior Living at New Tampa memory care unit. So far, so good. We have to move our own furniture in, but the room was clean and the size was good for us. The staff was nice, and they have good service. They have activities, but very simple ones. They have everything inside. They're pretty new."

There was a lot of interaction when we were there between the staff and the residents, and that was a good thing. They had bingo, which my mother was a fan of, and different games. I mean, everywhere you looked, they had different rooms for different activities. They had outings that they scheduled and served three meals a day plus snacks. "Angels Senior Living at The Reserves Of Idlewild was a newer facility. I like the room for my wife. They were repainting everything. I like the lady who took me on a tour there, and it looked like they had everything that we needed. They even set us up with a preferred rehab specialist there, so it was pretty amazing. They had a rehab center. They had three meals a day. They had different levels of care. They had a bus to take people around, a beauty shop, entertainment, and activities. It was a modern facility."

They go above and beyond to make their residents feel valued and cared for. From the moment we first walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. "It is a very big community. They have several floors. It is the best one I've visited. It's very clean and very well structured. The staff was very nice and seemed to be concerned about our situation. However, in the end, they couldn't help us because of my brother's criminal record in the past. The dining area was set up like a hotel. The private room was nice and roomy, and it had a bathroom. The residents all seemed happy and engaged in whatever activity they were doing."

"I have a friend/prior neighbor that has been a resident for over a year now. I visit her frequently (or did, prior to COVID19) and I always have a pleasant experience. My friends room is always clean, safe and she has everything she needs. The staff I interact with are always smiling and conversational. The entire facility is thoroughly cleaned, not sure of the cleaning schedule but it is ALWAYS clean and smells nice, including the bathroom and even the elevator. My friend really enjoys art and BINGO, and occasionally pool. Also she has complimented the dining room. The rocking chairs outside are a nice touch. "My sister has moved into Seacoast at Uptown Oaks. She was very happy with it. She was happier when she came to the room. She looked around and looked for things that belonged to her. That made her feel more comfortable. It's very essential that when they come in, they see something that is theirs. That made a huge impact on her, knowing that she had little things here, like pictures, and her little accessories, something that she could relate to. The space is pretty good. It's very homey. She's in a private suite. It has a pretty good size and it's very comfortable. The staff so far has been very friendly and very cooperative. I have no complaints. They have activities. They take a handful of people from the memory unit and just take them outside to Walmart and things like that. These are people that they know they could control in a small environment and they bring them back. They will have ice cream and they'll hear some music. She seems to eat all her food, and she likes it. They try to have everyone sit at the table and just mingle and eat their food. I know part of the dining area is being renovated, so you still have some old furniture, but they're not broken. It's comfortable for them to eat there. It's affordable."

"We visited Tampa Gardens Senior Living. They're remodeling everything, so there are a lot of rooms that have been updated, so that was nice. The dining room was nice. Their activity room was nice. It was well done, well-appointed, and updated. The dining area looked more like restaurant dining. There were tables, nice little napkins and plates, and glasses on the table. It was very well presented."
