I toured Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge. It was a good experience. However, at that time, they didn't have enough staff. They were in the process of redoing the whole place, so there were a few little glitches about the staff. The food was good though. The rooms were really nice and big. The upkeep of the place was OK.

I found the rooms at Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge to be small. Their studio rooms were very small, and there wasn't much closet space. But everybody was very friendly, and they had a lot to offer. The staff members were very helpful. They had the answers to our questions, and they were very prepared with literature and information. Once you got inside, it was a little older, and we were a little unhappy with the carpeting. The carpet was soiled. But everything else we found was very clean. It felt comfortable.

They are really attentive. My dad is in their assisted living. I think they have great communication. They have a lot of activities. It just feels like a really nice community, and they are very responsive. They have a lot of outings that they go to. There's also a lot of exercise kind of activities. They do music, crafts, bingo and trivia. They have a lot of different kinds of activities, which is what I actually really liked about them.
